Hardware.am
A modern e-commerce platform for one of Armenia's longest-running computer hardware retailers.
Hardware.am had decades of brand recognition but a storefront stuck in an older era — slow pages, drifting prices, and a catalog that had to be hand-edited every time a supplier changed a SKU. Customers were leaving for marketplace sellers that simply loaded faster.
How we got there
Catalog as a first-class asset
Modeled every product, variant, supplier, and price feed as proper data instead of free-text on a CMS. Made it possible to sync, diff, and reconcile catalog state programmatically.
Live price parity
Nightly scrape + reconcile job compares storefront prices against supplier feeds and flags drift before a customer ever sees a wrong price.
Storefront rebuild
New Next.js storefront with faceted search, fast product pages, and a checkout that doesn't get in the customer's way. Mobile-first from day one.
What we shipped
Faceted catalog search
Filter across categories, brands, and specs without a full page load. Built for a 2k+ SKU library that grows weekly.
Supplier price reconciliation
Automated job compares storefront vs. supplier prices daily; mismatches surface in an operator queue before customers hit them.
Modern storefront
Next.js + Tailwind product pages, optimized images, structured data for SEO. Pages load fast on the connections customers actually have.
